Ide Farm is located at an altitude of 320 meters above sea level on the mountain. It is a paradise of birds, wind, insects, and water where no cars pass by all day long. We are doing the CS60 treatment on humans, on the earth, and on seeds because we want this place to be a “Healing Farm” as it is not only for humans, but also for plants, animals, and minerals. We are also protecting the terraced rice paddies while watching the seeds connect their genes to nature, and we are committed to farming that is good for all living creatures.
LIVING WITH TERRACED FIELD, CLEAN-LIVING WITHOUT PESTICIDES
Takemon are the nicknames for us, peasants living in Nakadake. who live in Nakadake. This Nakadake village has only less than 40 people, and is located in a height difference of more than 100 meters. Although the average age of all of us is 70, we are confident to say that we might be the one of the most "mightiest” self-sufficient groups.
Why? Here is only a little of what we can do.
(1) Able to Cultivate rice and vegetables with full of nutritions by ourselves
(2) Able to Maintain the roads, EVEN in the mountains : ALL of Nakadake's long roads are maintained by them.
(3) Able to Build and Repair : In 2023, the Nakadake Grand Shrine in Nakadake was demolished and rebuilt by TAKEMONS and the walls of the Nakadake Community Center were painted and repaired by them too.
(4) Able to Make/Tie Shimenawa (sacred straw ropes): All of The Nakadake Grand Shrine's New Year's decorations are done by them, TAKEMONS.
(5) Able to Pound Mochi/Rice cakes : The rice harvested would be made into rice cakes using their own mortars and pestles. In spring, mugwort rice cakes are made with mugwort from Nakadake. (We call these “Futsumochi.”)
Again, here is only a LITTLE bit of what we can do. We, TAKEMONS, are able to do anything to live with and live in nature.
In 2023, Ide Farm moved to Nakadake, which is protected by these TAKEMONS. Although we are not young anymore, we decided to move out from Fukuoka City, a big city, to live on this mountain. Even like us, who came from urban areas, the TAKEMONS welcomed us with an open atmosphere. They respectfully taught the customs of the mountain people step by step. They have lived their lives with the importance of the “Spirit of Unity”.
We, Ide Farm, are committed to and enjoy “Healing Farm” for all things on earth, following the great examples of TAKEMONS, who lived in harmony with God and nature.
Healing is not a one-size-fits-all scheme. Healing is not a one-size-fits-all method. Let's just bring this world back to its original state where it was originally one.
The human body and human relationships are in a constant cycle, tilting to the right, to the left, and back again and again as Ki(氣) flows through them.
The universe is a grand Polyphony. It is not a Symphony. Various melodies are exquisitely related to each other.
